Learn Rainbow Body Yoga Online
Rainbow Body Yoga (RBY) can be learned through live-, as well as online courses. In order to learn RBY online, one first has to attend online empowerment through Zoom video call session. In the empowerment session, students receive the main mantra of RBY and the meditational deities that bring life to the techniques.
After the empowerment, you will receive a Dropbox folder containing detailed recorded instructions for each technique that makes up the RBY practice sequence.
Who Are Fit to Practice
In order to learn and practice RBY one has to have adequate mental health. Yogic practices are not suitable for people with severe mental illnesses, like psychosis.
It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with The Two-Part Formula for Awakening, and undertake Guidance to Awakening before learning Rainbow Body Yoga.
Familiarize yourself with the Introductory Practice for a few weeks before attending the course. Roughly half of the RBY techniques are already included in the Introductory Practice.
Rainbow Body Yoga Online Course
The course consists of:
An online empowerment session where students receive the RBY-mantra directly from a teacher. The empowerment session is conducted through a Zoom video call.
Detailed written and recorded instructions presenting the techniques that make up the RBY practice sequence.
After receiving empowerment and learning the practices, you can begin your daily practice of RBY, and join both online and live guided sessions and events.
Online Support
When you have practiced RBY for at least a month and you feel that this is the practice and path for you, you are welcome to join our online Amrita Mandala Sangha on Facebook. This group is only for active Amrita Mandala practitioners. In Amrita Mandala Sangha you can ask questions from our teachers and discuss related topics with other practitioners. Teachers are also available to discuss personal matters through email.
Registration and Fees
Fee: 100-200€. We operate with a sliding scale so that you may choose a sum that suits your financial situation. We ask you to consider the value of the teachings when choosing a sum. If you cannot afford the standard fee, please contact the teacher to arrange for a lowered fee. No one is turned away due to a lack of funds.

If the event is canceled, you will be reimbursed the full amount.
